OUR PRACTICE

Johnson Gallagher LLC is a boutique commercial litigation law firm of experienced and skilled trial and appellate lawyers. We represent large and small corporations and individuals in high-stakes disputes in courts and arbitral tribunals across the United States, acting as counsel for both plaintiffs and defendants. 

Our attorneys are creative and relentlessly focused on achieving our clients' business objectives in a cost-effective and pragmatic manner.  We only take cases that we believe in after conducting an initial analysis and, whether acting for plaintiff or defendant, we are very open to fee arrangements in which our compensation is directly linked to the results we achieve. 

Since we formed our firm in 2004, we have established a strong track record of success litigating against the largest law firms in the country, including, for example, winning a plaintiff's judgment worth more than $100 million following a jury trial.  We continue to build on our history of success - in the last three years alone, we have obtained settlements or judgments worth more than $75 million for our plaintiff clients, while also winning dismissal of cases or achieving otherwise favorable outcomes for our defendant clients.
